Canon EOS 250D Malfunctioned After 1 Hour of Use
I purchased a Canon EOS 250D 18-55mm STM DSLR camera on July 17, 2024, and it malfunctioned within just one hour of use. Despite sending it to Canon's authorized service center, they have not provided a replacement, claiming they don’t have the necessary parts. The technician even confirmed that the camera itself is defective, yet 25 days later, I’m still waiting for a replacement. It’s frustrating to have paid for a product I can’t use, and I expect Canon to provide a new camera immediately.
