My Karcher FC7 product has malfunctioned for the second time within the warranty period. I sent it to the service center using the home pick-up service on June 3, 2024. Despite more than three months passing, I haven't received any updates. In August, I contacted Karcher customer service to inquire about the status. Shortly after, the service center called me back, stating that they were waiting for a part and expected the process to be completed within two weeks. However, it’s been over a month since that conversation, and I still haven’t received any updates.
I pointed out that I have been waiting far beyond the legal service period and requested a replacement product. I was told to forward this request to customer service, but when I contacted customer service, they redirected me back to the authorized service center. It's disheartening that Karcher, a brand I trusted and whose products I enjoy, is not standing behind their product. When I insisted on my request, I was told that I could take the matter to the Consumer Court if I wished.
As of now, it's been 3 months and 7 days, and my product still hasn't been returned, causing significant inconvenience. I urgently request a prompt resolution to my issue, ideally through a replacement product or a swift repair. This level of service is unacceptable, and I need this matter addressed immediately.
