Samsung Dryer Purchased in September Doesn’t Work – Replacement Request Ignored

I purchased a Samsung dryer on September 15, 2024, and it hasn’t worked properly since installation. Despite contacting Samsung service multiple times, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. The dryer simply doesn’t dry clothes.
Initially, customer service promised a replacement but kept delaying. After three weeks, they claimed there was no problem with the machine, but it still doesn’t work. They then suggested taking it for a part replacement, which I refused because I don’t want repairs on a brand-new product. I’ve asked for a complete replacement through the store where I purchased it, but Samsung has been unresponsive.
I’m stuck paying for a machine that sits idle at home. Samsung, resolve this issue immediately by replacing the defective product. I can’t keep waiting while my problem goes unresolved!
