I Got Injured Wearing Camper Sandals Once and Can’t Get a Refund or Response
I purchased a pair of Camper brand sandals from the Gordion store in Ankara, and wore them just once—indoors, at home. Shockingly, that single use was enough to cause painful sores on my feet. The design or material clearly doesn’t support comfort or proper foot alignment. I immediately returned to the store to request a refund or exchange, only to be told that Camper doesn’t allow returns under any circumstance, even for faulty or injurious products.
What’s even more frustrating is that during the purchase, the store manager personally assured me they would support me no matter the situation. Now that there’s a problem, the same manager is nowhere to be found, and no one at the store is willing to assist. I’ve also reached out to Camper’s customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any kind of reply.
It’s unacceptable for a premium brand to dismiss customers like this, especially when there’s a clear product-related injury involved. Camper needs to either accept my return or issue a full refund immediately. I expect a prompt resolution and an apology for the lack of accountability.
