Hello, On March 23, I bought New Balance shoes from Izmir Istinye Mall. Both shoes tore on the inside of the heel after only a month of wear. I didn't pay much attention to it at first. But after about 10 days, the lining near my big toes also started to come off. I was very upset that this problem happened in such a short amount of time. Because I was busy at work, I returned the shoes to the store exactly 3 months after I bought them and told them I didn't like them. They sent the product to be looked at, and after 15 long days, I got a reply that said "No." When I asked why, they said they didn't know and couldn't tell me. But when I bought them, they said they would be good for a year. I feel like I've wasted my hard-earned money, and I'd be very grateful if you could help me fix this problem.
