I mistakenly clicked on the payment option on Cambly's screen, resulting in an unintended charge to my credit card. To make matters worse, since the payment went through as a single transaction, I couldn't even activate an installment plan to ease the cost. I've been a Cambly user for over four years, and I genuinely expected better support for loyal customers like myself in resolving such accidental payments. I am urgently requesting a refund for this transaction. Please address this issue promptly — I am counting on Cambly’s assistance to correct this mistake and return my money.
