Cambly Denied Full Refund Despite Immediate Cancellation Request

While reviewing the installment options for Cambly, I accidentally purchased a membership. Within minutes, I submitted a cancellation request, having not used the app or attended any classes. The next evening, Cambly responded, stating they would deduct a full month’s fee without a discount and only refund the remaining amount. This is despite my legal right as a consumer to cancel without penalty within 14 days.

Their offer of a free week of service instead of a refund felt dismissive and unacceptable. They repeatedly insisted I confirm the cancellation via email, delaying the process further. Cambly’s handling of this situation has been inefficient and unhelpful, making the experience frustrating.

I demand a full and immediate refund without deductions. If this isn’t resolved, I will take all legal measures to ensure my rights are upheld.
