In August 2024, I paid for a one-month Cambly group class, expecting it to be a one-time payment. However, Cambly continued charging my card every month without my authorization. If I had wanted to continue, I would have manually selected a 6-month plan—but they took it upon themselves to withdraw money from my card without my consent.

I traveled abroad after using Cambly, leaving my card with a zero balance. Now, in February 2025, I’ve returned to find months of unauthorized charges on my card. This caused my account to accrue interest and penalties, leading to a financial burden I did not agree to.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and expect Cambly to stop charging customers without explicit approval. No company should have access to continue auto-billing users without consent. I need a resolution ASAP!
