Calzedonia  Failed To Reply My Complaint About Second Skin 8 Tights For Nearly 3 Months

I purchased 3 pairs of second skin 8 tights on 14th of April for an occasion with the claim that they were run-resistant. I even could not wear the 1st pair and it runned. The second also! I brought them to Tesvikiye Calzedonia, Türkiye on 17.04.2023. From that day till today I could not get a reply regarding the result of the investigation nor did any of the store representatives helped me. Today they told me the result was negative. After waiting and visiting the store several times this reply is neither acceptable nor customer oriented.
