I purchased thermal tights from Calzedonia's Zorlu store on November 12, 2024. When I wore them this week for the first time—just for about two hours—they became deformed, with elastic threads popping out everywhere. I discarded the paper receipt, assuming no issues would arise. However, I have the digital slip showing the purchase date and time.

Today, I visited the Nişantaşı store to request an inspection. They told me Zorlu could handle it and even confirmed this with Zorlu over the phone. I made the trip, only to be told by the Zorlu staff that they couldn’t assist without the paper receipt, despite having the digital slip. They dismissed my issue rudely, claiming it wasn’t their problem and told me to "complain wherever I want."

Why am I required to keep paper receipts when they can issue e-invoices? The lack of professionalism, combined with poor customer support, is unacceptable. I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Calzedonia needs to treat its customers respectfully and stand behind its products.
