Victoria's Secret Website Keeps Freezing
For the past two days, I have been unable to properly access either the Victoria's Secret website or the mobile app. The pages constantly freeze, fail to load correctly, and the issue does not improve even when I try late at night, around 2:00 a.m. Whether I'm searching for products, adding items to my cart, or simply trying to browse the site, everything freezes unexpectedly, making it impossible to shop.
Because of this issue, I am not only unable to add products to my cart, but I also cannot contact customer support because the system will not even let me access those services. This has been an extremely frustrating experience that has wasted my time and significantly reduced my confidence in the brand.
I respectfully request that Victoria's Secret permanently resolve these website and app performance issues as soon as possible and restore reliable access to its online services. Rather than an apology, I would like to see a stable, fully functioning website and mobile app.
