Victoria's Secret Disabled In-Store Returns for Online Orders
Over the past few months, I have placed three to four high-value online orders through Victoria's Secret Turkey. Although some of the items arrived poorly packaged and with visible dirt or quality issues, I decided to keep many of them. However, I would now like to return several items. One of the main reasons I felt comfortable placing these orders was because Victoria's Secret offered the option to return online purchases in-store.
For about the past week, I have repeatedly tried to generate an in-store return code through the website, but every attempt results in a message stating that in-store returns are temporarily unavailable. Despite trying again and again over several days, nothing has changed. The only alternative offered is to return the items through Sürat Kargo. I do not feel comfortable using that shipping service, and because I need to return multiple items, I do not want to individually package everything or risk the items being mixed up, lost, or damaged during transit.
The total value of the items I plan to return is approximately $231–$252, and I made these purchases specifically because I relied on Victoria's Secret's in-store return option. I believe it is unfair that in-store returns are currently unavailable at all locations, including the Zorlu and Cevahir stores. I respectfully request that Victoria's Secret restore the in-store return option as soon as possible so I can complete the return process for my online orders safely and conveniently.
