Victoria's Secret Refused My Return for Unworn Underwear

June 30 10:03 PM

I placed an online order with Victoria's Secret and received products that I am unable to return despite legitimate quality and hygiene concerns. The bikini bottom arrived without any hygienic protective liner, and the underwear I received was much larger than expected. I never wore or used either item.

Because the bikini bottom arrived without the required hygiene protection, I was able to generate a return request for that item. However, I was unable to create a return request for the underwear because the system automatically classified it as a non-returnable intimate item. Customer support requested photos, and I have been going back and forth with them for days, but the issue still has not been resolved.

In addition, the bikini bottom was delivered in a condition that I do not believe meets appropriate hygiene standards, and the underwear has visible defects, including discoloration of the inner stitching and other quality issues. As a customer who has never worn or used these products, I believe I should be able to return items that arrived with manufacturing defects, hygiene concerns, or that do not meet reasonable quality expectations. My order number is included in the attached images.
