Victoria's Secret Ignored My Order Cancellation Request

On June 11, I placed an order through the Victoria's Secret online store for delivery to my address in Samsun, Türkiye. After placing the order late that night, I realized that I had accidentally selected the wrong product. Early the next morning, I contacted Victoria's Secret by both email and phone and specifically requested that my order, 975FD4383F, be canceled before it entered the shipping process. I clearly explained that I did not want the order prepared or shipped. Despite my request, the order was still processed and shipped, and I refused delivery when it arrived.

I also noticed that while shopping on the website, a different product than the one I intended to purchase was added to my cart, which is why I needed to cancel the order in the first place. Despite my prompt cancellation request, the order was shipped without any response to my email. I believe this unnecessarily delayed the refund process and caused me significant inconvenience.

I would like to point out that the customer service representative I spoke with by phone was courteous, professional, and genuinely tried to help. They informed me that my cancellation request had been submitted through the system. My complaint is directed at the department that ignored this request, shipped the order anyway, and allowed the situation to escalate.

Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the Victoria's Secret brand and do not plan to shop with the company again. I respectfully request that the payment for order 975FD4383F, which I canceled due to the incorrect product selection and never accepted upon delivery, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
