Calzedonia Bikini Straps Torn After Minimal Use, No Support Offered
On March 30, 2024, I purchased two bikinis totaling ₺5278 from the Calzedonia Suadiye store. I bought them specifically for an international vacation, but despite being purchased months ago, they were only used twice. One of the bikini tops, listed on their site here, tore at the strap connection points.
I reported the issue to the Nişantaşı store, explaining the bikinis had barely been used and requested a replacement due to the short lifespan. However, after an inspection, I was informed they couldn’t assist with repairs or replacements, dismissing me with advice to find an external repair service.
As someone who has shopped at Calzedonia regularly and recommended the brand, I’m extremely disappointed by the drop in product quality and the lack of customer support. It seems retaining loyal customers is not a priority for the company. While I don’t expect much from their response now, I’m still writing in the hope of some resolution.
