After Only Five Uses, Elastic of the Calzedonia Bikini Top Completely Melted
Recently, I bought a bikini from your establishment in Turkiye Istanbul, and I must say that the quality of this product has left me quite dissatisfied. After only five uses, the elastic of the bikini top completely melted, leading to a significant quality issue. This defect is not only disappointing but also highly impractical and uncomfortable while wearing the bikini. I have sent the defective bikini for inspection, but unfortunately, I have not received any explanation or apology for this issue. As a long-time customer of your brand, I had expected better quality and more adequate customer service. I am confident that this is an unfortunate isolated incident, and I kindly request an appropriate resolution to this problem. A refund or an exchange of the defective product would be satisfactory for me. I am hopeful for a prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
