Product Quality Issue and Objection to Inspection Results



On April 1, 2025, I purchased a shirt from the Beymen Club branch in Alanya Mahmutlar Akdeniz Park Shopping Mall. Despite wearing it only once, the fabric has become significantly discolored. I chose this product expecting it to be high-quality and long-lasting, and the fact that it has deformed so quickly has negatively impacted both my satisfaction with the product and my trust in your brand. I returned the product to the store for review. However, I was informed that this deterioration was due to user error and not a manufacturing defect. Given that the product was only worn once and the short period of time it occurred, I believe the review is not sufficiently objective. To resolve my complaint, I request that the product be reviewed again and in more detail, that an independent expert opinion be obtained if necessary, and that my complaint be resolved through a return, exchange, or refund. I request that this request be evaluated under Consumer Rights.

I sent the product for inspection a second time, and again they claim there is no issue on their part. It is a great disappointment that a brand like Beymen does not stand behind its product for such an obvious defect. See you in legal proceedings, Beymen.
