Boyner Sold Me Fake Perfume—No Response from Customer Service


On April 21, 2024, I ordered two perfumes from Boyner’s mobile app, trusting that they would be 100% authentic, as stated in the product description. However, when I checked the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), I discovered that the perfumes were not genuine.
I immediately called Boyner three times, and each time, I was told that someone would get back to me—but no one ever did. I paid for authentic products from a reputable store, yet I ended up with counterfeit items and zero customer support.
If Boyner does not resolve this issue and refund my money, I will pursue all legal options. Selling fake products while advertising them as authentic is unacceptable!
