On February 15, 2024, I purchased a Bvlgari-branded perfume for $108 from the Kaner store at the airport. Later, I decided to check its authenticity and was shocked to discover that the production date was listed as the year 2000. I’m also highly doubtful that this product is even genuine. The scent fades almost immediately—it has zero lasting power, which is completely unacceptable for a brand like Bvlgari.

As someone earning in ₺, paying a premium in foreign currency should guarantee a legitimate, quality product, not a 24-year-old, possibly expired fragrance with no effectiveness.

I demand a formal explanation:

Is it normal for you to sell perfumes this old?

Is this product truly original?

Why does it have no longevity?

I will be taking this issue further and request an immediate inspection of products sold under the claim of authenticity. You are deceiving customers, and I won’t accept being scammed. This must be resolved promptly.
