I recently purchased a Loreal Paris Yves Saint Laurent men’s perfume from Boyner’s 41 Burada store, a fragrance I've used for years without issue. However, this bottle smelled completely off, like a fake perfume, with an unpleasant and spoiled scent. I returned it to Boyner, but Loreal Paris rejected my complaint each time, sending it back to the store. Even the perfume specialists at Boyner acknowledged the difference, saying, “It definitely doesn’t smell the same.”
This is the third time I’ve returned the product to Boyner, and it’s likely to be rejected again. I’ve been a loyal customer of both Boyner and Loreal Paris for years, recommending them to many. Yet, neither has taken a single step toward customer satisfaction in this situation. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to seek my rights.
