Boyner Sold Me a Suspicious Shiseido Zen Perfume
I ordered a Shiseido Zen perfume from Boyner, but after my cousin bought the same product, we realized the scent was not long-lasting. Since I hadn’t opened mine, I decided to return it for a refund.
When I went to Boyner, they scanned the barcode, and it didn’t match their system! This made me question the authenticity of the product. I immediately requested a full refund, but instead, they gave me a store credit voucher, which I do not want since I no longer trust Boyner.
Customer service was no help, and I feel misled by their staff. I demand an immediate refund to my original payment method. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will report it everywhere.
