Burberry, Armani and Calvin Klein Perfumes Were Fake and Damaged



On August 22, 2025, I placed an order through the website Suyu Parfüm for four perfumes from brands including Armani, Calvin Klein, and Burberry (Order No: 4053). I paid 3,141 TL via credit card through Sipay Shopier. The package was delivered on August 23, 2025 by Aras Kargo (Tracking No: 5668*******22).
The products were advertised as 100% original and authentic, but what I received was completely different. All four perfumes are fake and in terrible condition:
None of the scents resemble the originals, not even close.
Two of the boxes arrived torn and damaged.
One bottle looked extremely old, and the liquid inside resembled colored water, not perfume.
A men’s perfume was sent instead of a women’s perfume, and its scent was unbearable.
After receiving these defective products, I tried to contact the company using the phone number and WhatsApp line listed on their website. Despite multiple attempts, I could not reach anyone, and I never received any response.
This experience has been both misleading and damaging as a consumer. The products are not what was promised, and the company has proven to be completely unresponsive.
I demand an immediate refund of the full amount paid and expect the matter to be resolved without delay.
