I placed an order through GetirYemek for Burger King. A Burger King employee called me to cancel the order due to adverse weather conditions, stating they couldn't deliver. I politely accepted this situation.
However, the order now appears as "delivered" in the app, and I haven't received a refund for the products that were neither purchased nor delivered. Moreover, after a week, I still haven't received an invoice or receipt for my payment.
Whether the refund is processed or not, I haven't received a refund slip or invoice. This practice is irregular and exploits people's good faith. If you do this to 100-150 customers daily who trust you and don't check their cards, you could be causing significant financial harm and gaining unfair profits.
Additionally, I'm wondering where the invoice for the service is, and if it's been refunded, where is my refund invoice?
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve these issues, including processing the refund and providing proper documentation.
