Brand New Peugeot Partner Broke Down After 3 Days
I purchased a brand-new Peugeot Partner from Peugeot Gapel Otomotiv on 25.11.2025. Unfortunately, just three days after purchase, the vehicle broke down. Since then, I have had to take the car to the service center multiple times, including on 06.12.2025, and in total, it has stayed in service for about 4 days. Despite these visits, the problem has not been permanently resolved. Each time I went to the service, I was told to come back later, but no clear solution was provided, and the fault continues. I also contacted the dealership and customer service about this situation and requested a solution, but I did not get any concrete results. Because a brand-new vehicle should not be experiencing such serious issues within days of purchase, and repeated service visits have not fixed the problem, I no longer trust this car. I formally request that my current vehicle be replaced with a new, fault‑free Peugeot Partner as soon as possible.
