I have been using my Dyson Airwrap for about 22 months and recently experienced a serious issue with the attachments. The attachments were wobbling, so I sent the device to service from Manavgat via Kolay Gelsin cargo, picked up directly from my address on 6 December. When the product was returned to me yesterday, I was informed that the attachments had been replaced. However, when I checked the device, I saw that only a single attachment had been changed; the other attachments were still wobbly, and even the supposedly replaced attachment had hair on it. This clearly shows that the product was sent back to me without proper repair or control. I found the service process extremely inattentive, and it completely shook my trust in the brand. I did not pay any fee during this service process. Since the problem persists, and I believe the service will again not resolve the issue if I send it once more, I do not want to go through the same process repeatedly. At this stage, I kindly request a product replacement for my Dyson Airwrap so that I can use a properly functioning device.
