I am writing about a problem with my Bc. Game account has been inactive for the last 4 days after an issue with a deposit, and my communication with support. I tried to deposit approximately 75 USD to my Bc. Game account via Easypaisa bank, but the deposit was not successful, and the money did not appear in my account, even though I have proof of the transaction. Because the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Bc. Game support multiple times and explained that I was in a difficult financial situation and that this money was very important to me. Each time, support only told me to wait, but the problem was never properly resolved, and the deposit was still not successful. After these conversations, my account was deactivated, and I can no longer access it. I am very sad and disappointed that instead of helping me solve the deposit issue, my account has been made inactive. I request that my Bc. Game account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can use my account again and properly resolve the situation regarding this deposit.
