Decathlon Online Order Problem, W900 Insole Out of Stock After Payment
I recently placed an online order from Decathlon for a W900 shoe insole with order number TR3968408040. I paid for the product, but afterward I was informed by customer service that the product could not be supplied because it was out of stock. However, I have seen that the same product is still listed for sale on the website, which makes the situation even more frustrating and confusing. Although I have been told that the item cannot be provided, I expect that Decathlon will supply the W900 shoe insole that I paid for, or offer an equivalent solution under the same conditions. I request that this situation be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
