Burger King Gave Me the Wrong Order Missing Items and Incomplete Sauces




I recently placed an order from Burger King, and I was left very upset by the experience. Several items were missing, and the overall service was terrible. If I hadn’t been in a rush, or if I had planned to eat there, I probably would have had a serious argument with the staff. The fries were barely half-filled, and the burger I received wasn’t even the one I ordered. To make matters worse, the drinks and sauces were incomplete as well. I paid nearly ₺700 for this order, and it feels like money wasted. I’m requesting a refund and have attached my receipt here. I hope my complaint is taken seriously, and I would appreciate being contacted to resolve this issue.
