Parimatch Took My PhonePe Deposit but Never Credited My Account

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account using Karnataka Bank via PhonePe, but the money was deducted from my bank account and has not been added to my Parimatch balance. It has been 3 months since this transaction, and the issue is still not resolved. I also have the UTR/transaction details of the payment and can share them to help locate the transaction. Despite contacting support, I have only been told that the issue is being worked on, but there has been no concrete solution or refund during this long period. I find this delay unacceptable, especially since the payment was successfully taken from my bank. I request that my money be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, as I no longer want the amount to be credited to Parimatch but simply returned to me.
