Burger King Late Order Cancellation and Lack of Communication
I placed an order from Burger King on Getir at 20:38, and at 22:25, they informed me that my order had been canceled. This company should have informed me upfront that my order would be canceled so late. There is no respect for the user/customer when no information is provided. I have been waiting for my food for almost 2 hours, feeling like an incompetent person. Such indifference and lack of concern are unacceptable. I will definitely file a complaint against whoever is responsible at the branch and for order tracking. Neither I nor anyone I know will pass by Burger King anymore. Rest assured that I will share this terrible experience in detail with everyone in my circle.
