This company should have informed me upfront that my order would be canceled so late. There is no respect for the user/customer when no information is provided. I have been waiting for my food for almost 2 hours, feeling like an incompetent person. Such indifference and lack of concern are unacceptable. I will definitely file a complaint against whoever is responsible at the branch and for order tracking. Neither I nor anyone I know will pass by Burger King anymore.
