BC Game Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment

I attempted to deposit 5,000 to my BC Game account on 02.01.2026 at around 11:06 PM using UPI via Paytm. The amount was deducted from my Paytm account, but it was not credited to my BC Game balance. I have checked my account several times, and the balance has still not been updated. This situation is very upsetting, especially since the payment was completed on my side and I did not receive any error message. I have used UPI/Paytm for this transaction, and although I do not have a transaction ID to share, the deduction of 5,000 from my Paytm account is clear. I request that the missing 5,000 be immediately credited to my BC Game account balance and that I be informed about the reason for this issue so that it does not happen again.
