Football Star Galaxy Pass Not Working After Purchase on Apple App Store

I purchased and paid for the Galaxy Pass in the Football Star game via the Apple App Store using my bank card. My Apple ID/App Store region is Turkey. Despite reaching the required level in the game, when I click to claim or use the Galaxy Pass rewards, nothing happens, and I do not receive any rewards. This problem has been ongoing and was still continuing with tariff 3 as of 01.01.2026 at 20:27. I have not yet contacted Football Star or Apple support about this issue, and I am not receiving sufficient feedback or a clear solution within the game regarding the Galaxy Pass rewards. I can provide the Apple App Store order/transaction information and invoice details if needed, as I have them available. I request that my Galaxy Pass be activated properly and that I can access and use all related rewards without any issues. If the Galaxy Pass and its rewards cannot be activated, I request a full refund of the fee I paid.
