I am a user of 1xBet in Turkey, and I have a sports betting account with you. My account is registered with the phone number +90 533 889 76 **, and the email address mukasiart**@gmail.com. On 29 December 2025, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and since then, I have not been able to access it using either my email address or my phone number. At the time, my account balance was approximately 11,000 Turkish lira. After I was locked out, I contacted you by email and was asked to submit my ID and passport, which I sent as requested. Despite providing these documents, I have not received any response for three days. I also called your main international helpline, and I was told to wait until the end of the day, but even after waiting, there was still no feedback or resolution. I respectfully request that my sports betting account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can log in again with my email or phone number and regain access to my balance. I also expect clear information on why my account was blocked after I provided all the requested documents.
