I bought a Dyson Gen5Detect vacuum cleaner from the Dyson website, and I have been having a repeated problem with the carpet head. The wheel section on one side of the carpet head has broken again. I noticed this latest breakage about one month ago. Previously, the same part of the same carpet head broke, and when I contacted Dyson customer service at that time, they sent me a new head as a replacement. Now the wheel on the replacement head has also broken from the same point, which makes it difficult to use and shows that this part is not durable. I am sharing the serial number of my device as Z5S-EU-SFB2000A. Because the same failure has occurred again on the same part, I do not find it reasonable that the head is not renewed this time. I request either a permanent and robust repair for the carpet head or a product replacement, as these heads are clearly not durable, and I do not want to experience the same problem again. I kindly ask Dyson to review my case in detail and provide a lasting solution as soon as possible.
