Tracelo Keeps Charging My Debit Card Without My Consent
For the last two nights, I have noticed debit card charges on my Nedbank account from “TRACELOCOM Support FA / Tracelo”. Yesterday the amount was R146,25, and today it was R12,49. These charges appear to be linked to a subscription I once used to try to track my lost phone, but I no longer wish to use this service, and I want it to be cancelled immediately. I contacted Nedbank and was informed that they cannot cancel this subscription for me. As the customer, I find it unacceptable that my money is being taken every night for a service I no longer want and that my bank is unable to stop it on my behalf. I request the urgent and permanent cancellation of any and all subscriptions or services linked to my details under Tracelo / TRACELOCOM Support FA, and I ask that no further debits be made from my Nedbank account.
