Buderus Delayed My Boiler Replacement Request Despite Ongoing Malfunctions

I purchased the Buderus Logamax Plus GB-1 172.2 35/40 KW condensing boiler on 26/08/2024, and the installation was completed on 24/12/2024. However, from the moment we started using the boiler, I encountered issues such as lack of water circulation, modulation failure, and heating problems. Despite reaching out to the authorized service multiple times, the problems were not resolved. On January 25, 2025, I requested a replacement in line with my legal rights, but the company continues to delay the process, citing “ongoing evaluation.” According to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the product must be replaced if a malfunction occurs within the first six months. However, Buderus is prolonging the legal process, worsening my situation. I did not expect such poor service from a brand like Buderus. I demand an urgent resolution and the replacement of the boiler. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect the authorities to address this complaint promptly.

Unfortunately, the problem is not solved with a ready-made response. I wrote my complaint here on February 1, 2025, and today is February 4. Even though 4 days have passed, in this winter weather, no one has called or shown any interest; you could only write a ready-made response (as soon as possible). I don't understand what 'as soon as possible' means for you. Despite repeatedly saying that I haven't been able to heat my home for about 2 months, you are still stalling. I specifically chose Buderus so that I wouldn't have any issues, but I regret it. I wish I hadn't bought it.

Attention to Buderus officials – you are also exceeding the legal process! I requested a boiler replacement on 25/01/2025. You informed me on 05/02/2025 that my request was approved. However, my new boiler has still not been delivered! In freezing cold conditions like those in Ankara, I have been left without heating in my home for two months. I was contacted again on 11/02/2025 and you said that my boiler would only go into production on 15/02/2025 and you could not provide a definite delivery date! This is blatantly stringing the customer along! Today is 18/02/2025 and my boiler still has not been delivered. I was contacted again today and, as if joking, they said they would notify me once the delivery date is determined 😡 More importantly, as of 18/02/2025, the legal process of 20 business days has been exceeded, today is the 25th day. So you are not only causing distress but also violating your legal obligations! It is unacceptable for a brand like Buderus to cause such distress to its customers and not keep its promises! I demand that the officials respond immediately and rectify my situation! Otherwise, I will take my complaint to official authorities by exercising all my legal rights!
