Buderus Delayed My Boiler Replacement Request Despite Ongoing Malfunctions

We purchased the Buderus Logamax Plus in December 2022, and after just one year, it started displaying error code 224, preventing us from using hot water. The company directed us to their service team, and we were initially told to "reset" the system whenever this issue occurred, which worked temporarily. However, by July, even resetting no longer fixed the problem.
We called the service multiple times. The first technician adjusted the temperature settings, but the error persisted. The second technician replaced the plate heat exchanger, claiming it was fixed, but two months later, the same error returned. The third technician replaced the circulation pump and warned us that further replacements of the same parts would incur charges. However, no one could explain why the issue kept happening.
When the error occurred again the next day, we requested a full unit replacement. The technician came again to document the issue, but later we were informed that our request for a replacement was denied without any explanation. Despite asking for a written response, we received no answer. With the warranty valid until 2027, we feel our consumer rights are being ignored, and we plan to escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
We wanted to share our experience for anyone considering a Buderus boiler, as we paid a premium for what we thought was a high-quality product, only to be met with poor service and unresolved issues.
