Buderus Logamax Plus GB122i Combi Boiler Under Warranty Repair Is Taking Forever
When I discovered that my Buderus Logamax Plus GB122i combi boiler, which was put into operation in 2023 and started to use in heating and bathroom without turning it off as of November 2023, was working smoothly on the night of Friday, November 24, 2023, but was not working on the morning of Saturday, November 25, the authorized service (O*** S***** İzmir technical heating and cooling) commissioned the combi boiler. I called the systems -Buca-02324531055). I explained to the female officer on the phone that the boiler was not working even though there was no fault code on the boiler screen. When we stated that only their own services service Güzelbahce/İzmir, that the earliest service appointment could be made on 08 December 2023, that the weather was cold and we could not take a shower, he said that they could not give much work to the service staff and advised us to call other services. Still, I made an appointment. On Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 11:58, I spoke to a female customer representative on 444 5 474. Since she could not access the records, she kept me on the phone for 10-15 minutes and tried to create a record again. When I asked her whether there was an emergency service on duty or whether someone from the solution center could help by phone, she told me to call on Monday and that the services dio not work on Sunday. When I insisted that she create a complaint record and reminded her duty, saying that I could also complain about her, she kindly created a complaint. What should we do, to get service for a device we bought at a very high price, relying on Bosch service assurance and Buderus quality? Should I call an unauthorized repairman from outside to repair a device under warranty, or should we wait 2 weeks without washing, trembling and not raising our voice and pray for the service's approval? Isn't it necessary to take precautions against this problem, considering that services may be busy during the winter season? I request that a solution be found for my heating-washing problem, which is a basic human need in a period when adverse weather conditions prevail, that the insensitivity on this issue should be stopped, and that the shuttle service should be provided on the first business day of the week and directed to my address no matter what time it is.
