Buderus Logamax Plus gb122i-24 KD H Boiler Valve Issue

I purchased the Buderus Logamax Plus gb122i-24 KD H model boiler in December 2022, and it was installed in the first week of January 2023. During installation, we noticed the absence of the blue-colored pressure relief valve. It was promised that the valve would be sent to us, but to this day, it hasn't arrived. Since the earthquake in Kahramanmaras on February 6, 2023, we couldn't access our homes for two months, and as the weather warmed up, we only returned home in May, without using the boiler. On November 19, 2023, when we tried to use the boiler, we realized there was no hot water flowing into the radiators. I contacted customer service, and they said a service technician would be sent, but it's been four days, and no one has called. The boiler, used for only a month, is now broken, and my money seems wasted. It turns out, choosing a Buderus boiler was a big mistake
