Brussels Airlines Damaged Two Suitcases and Left Passenger Seeking Compensation

After my flight with Brussels Airlines on September 13, 2025, under reservation reference ZJWQBV, I discovered at Brussels Airport that the wheels of my two Lok Polo brand suitcases were broken and that both suitcases had become unusable. The total value of the damaged luggage is approximately 145 Euro, and there was no other damage. I did not complete any formal procedures at the airport or with customer service regarding this incident at the time. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I am requesting that my hardship be addressed and that the full value of the damage to my suitcases be compensated.
