I Can’t Cancel Bright English for Beginners and Get Stuck in Childish Exercises

I discovered the Bright English for Beginners app through an ad on Instagram. It claimed I could learn English by watching films and reading subtitles with instant Turkish translations. That approach sounded ideal for me, so I signed up—only to realize the app is nothing like what was promised.

Instead of the advertised learning method, I was forced into overly simplistic and childish vocabulary exercises that felt more suited for elementary-level learners. There's no option to skip ahead to the film-based learning method, no matter how long you use the app. It’s frustrating, misleading, and frankly a waste of time.

To make matters worse, they continue to charge me regularly, and there is absolutely no clear way to cancel my membership through the app or website. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund and cancellation, but I haven’t received any real response—just automated replies that go nowhere.

This is unacceptable. I want my subscription canceled immediately and a full refund for the amount that has been unfairly withdrawn. I expect Bright English to take accountability for the misleading advertising and poor customer support.
