Bright Learn Fast Charged During Free Trial and Ignored Refund Request

I signed up for the 1-week free trial of Bright Learn Fast hoping to evaluate the app before committing to a subscription. However, my card was charged ₺2544 immediately—without warning and before the trial period even began. This completely defeats the purpose of offering a “free” trial.

What’s even more frustrating is that when I attempted to cancel, they suddenly offered an 80% discount, which they only mention once they know you're trying to leave. If I had been seriously considering a purchase, I would’ve taken advantage of that offer instead of paying full price upfront.

Despite canceling my membership and reaching out via multiple emails, I’ve received no response and no refund. I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. I demand a full refund immediately, or I will be forced to escalate this issue through other official channels. Bright Learn Fast must be held accountable for this misleading and unfair billing practice.
