Bright English for Beginners Charged Me Despite 7-Day Trial and Early Cancel

I downloaded the Bright English for Beginners app and used it for just one day as part of the 7-day free trial. I quickly realized it wasn’t beneficial for me, so I planned to cancel it within the same week. I assumed the free usage period included April 11, so I waited to cancel later that day. But before I had the chance to cancel, the app charged me ₺2749.90 without any warning.
This is unacceptable. I used the app briefly and decided it wasn’t a good fit. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount be refunded to my credit card. It’s deeply frustrating that this happened despite my clear intent to cancel within the trial period. Please address this urgently and stop taking unauthorized payments from users who are still within the trial window.
