Bright English for Beginners Charged Me After Trial Without Cancel Option

I downloaded the Bright English for Beginners app and used it for only two days under the supposed 7-day free trial. The app didn’t meet my expectations at all, so I tried to cancel it. But there was no option in the app to cancel the subscription. I searched everywhere within the app interface but found no cancellation setting or support contact.

Then today, without any warning or confirmation, ₺2199 was withdrawn from my account. I didn’t receive a single notification before the charge. This feels incredibly deceptive. I clearly didn’t want to continue with the app, and they made it impossible to opt out.

I am requesting immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund to my credit card. This kind of experience is unacceptable and misleading. I urge the developers to make cancellation transparent and stop charging users without consent.
