I’ve been using my Braun WK300 Type 3221 kettle efficiently for a while, but recently, the thermostat broke. I contacted the authorized service to order a replacement part, but they informed me that the part is out of stock. How is it possible that a product still being sold doesn’t have spare parts available? To make matters worse, universal thermostats that are widely available for other brands don’t fit this model. This is incredibly frustrating, and I expect Braun to take their spare parts supply more seriously. I need a solution fast, as my kettle is unusable without the replacement. Braun, please address this issue and restock the thermostat parts immediately!
