Main Balance And Bonus Deducted From My Parimatch Account

I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account, where both my main balance and bonus were deducted from my account without my consent or any clear explanation. This incident occurred yesterday night at around 11:50. After noticing that my main balance and bonus had been deducted, I reached out to Parimatch customer support to report the problem and request clarification. However, they have not responded to my issue, and I still have no information about why these amounts were removed from my account. I request that the deducted main balance and bonus be reinstated to my account and that the situation be investigated in detail so I can understand the reason for this deduction. I kindly ask for my issue to be reviewed urgently and for a clear, written response to be provided.
