The water tank on my Rowenta Rain Force 2600W vacuum broke, and I haven’t been able to find a replacement part anywhere. How is it possible that a brand like Rowenta doesn’t offer spare parts for their products? I can’t use the vacuum at all without the tank, which is incredibly frustrating. Rowenta, please send me the replacement water tank so I can use my machine again. The seller should also stand by the product and provide clear information on how to get this part. I shouldn’t have to stop using a perfectly good machine just because of one broken part. I need this resolved as soon as possible!
