Beko Refrigerator Requires Parts That Are Unavailable, Leaving Me Without a Solution

I called the authorized service for my Beko refrigerator, which I purchased in March 2022, after it broke down. The service technician identified that several parts were faulty, but they informed me that these parts are not available in the factory's stock. I can't understand how parts for a two-year-old refrigerator could be unavailable, and now I'm left without a functioning fridge during the summer. They can't even provide an estimate for when it will be fixed, only saying, "We will get back to you." I urgently request that this issue be resolved promptly to alleviate my inconvenience.

Beko customer service reached out to me, but there is still no solution. My refrigerator has not been working for a week. The only thing customer service says is that your request has been processed and will be forwarded to the necessary departments. What they are doing is just stalling people. I don't understand what we need to do.
