I had a bad experience at the Güngören Güneştepe BP station in Istanbul, station number 3231. I felt like the cashier was about to attack me because he was so rude and disrespectful to me. He scolded me and seemed more interested in playing games on his cell phone when I asked for the price of a product. He simply desired that I pay and leave as soon as possible. I reported the incident to the BP WhatsApp line, including the date and time, but I didn't hear back for a week. Despite what their advertisements claim, it appears that BP does not care about their customers' opinions. If BP was truly concerned, they would have responded to my complaint and reviewed the security camera footage to see how badly their employee treated me. They should apologize to me for how they treated me. Shame on you BP.
