Rude Behavior from Staff at Shell Derince Station
On January 22, 2025, at 08:01, I visited the Shell Seymen Petrol station in Kocaeli Derince (island no. 5-6) to refuel my vehicle. I informed the pump attendant of the fuel amount and proceeded to the cashier to make the payment.
While at the cashier, the pump attendant loudly demanded that I repeat the fuel amount, even though I had already stated it while handing over my Shell fuel card. After making the payment, I asked for my receipt and fuel card, but the attendant claimed he didn’t have the card. When I insisted, he rudely responded, saying, "Am I supposed to keep track of your card?" He then added, "I'm tired and angry from the shift change; I’m not dealing with you," before verbally abusing me and aggressively walking toward me.
This behavior was completely unacceptable and has left me determined never to purchase fuel from Shell stations again. I demand an immediate investigation and appropriate action against this staff member. Shell must address such unprofessional and hostile behavior to maintain customer trust.
